How to join the OSNM

Instructions

To become an active member, an application form must be submitted with the following:

• a photocopy of your current CSNM card.
• a photocopy of your course graduation diploma.
• a cheque or money order payable to the Ontario Society of Nutrition Management
  (Please contact the office for the current membership fee.)
