Care practices cannot be separated from an organization’s operations. This session addresses the needs of clients with dementia, specifically those demonstrating challenging behaviors and also the necessity of an organizational culture to support those practices.

Len draws together ways to tune up care practices to address common behaviors encountered and turn on the organization and staff to meet the challenges of this special clientele.

Be prepared to be challenged. This is a comprehensive presentation providing practical solutions where you will leave Tuned Up and Turned On.
