Community Care Concepts of Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot Township

Community Care Concepts provides high quality support services throughout the Townships of Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot.  This enables seniors and special needs clients to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.  Community Care Concepts is a non-profit volunteer based organization.

We are searching for a full-time permanent Meal Program Coordinator (35 hours per week) who will take a lead role in the development, administration and implementation of our Meals on Wheels and community dining programs. 

The ideal candidate will possess post secondary education in nutrition management.  A Food Services Worker certificate, a membership in CSNM, and additional education in social services are an asset.  The ideal candidate will also bring at least 3 years of directly related experience working with seniors.  Computer proficiency as well as strong oral and written communication skills, an ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task, project management skills and knowledge of the needs of the client base are essential.  A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
