SUMMARY OF DUTIES:     
Individuals with an appropriate academic preparation, experience and interest in Food Science and Clinical Nutrition, are invited to apply for this contract opportunity to teach in our new Food and Nutrition Administration program. Incumbents will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses with the Food and Nutrition Administration program and undertake some program coordination and administrative activities.
 
Duration of Need: Fall Semester 2010

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must be a food and nutrition specialist and an accredited member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM). A minimum of five years work experience is required and preference will be given to candidates who possess a MA or MSc in the discipline. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated teaching ability, an understanding of the learning process, experience in curriculum development and be dedicated to student success. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
