REGIONAL MANAGER

Based out of Midland, Ontario, the Regional Manager provides strategic direction, operational leadership and accountability of the day to day dietary operations of 12 Long Term Care Homes located throughout Ontario.  The successful candidate will have completed a recognized course in Food Service Management and/or Nutrition Management with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in food service management with budgetary accountabilities.  Membership in Canadian Society of Nutrition Management is essential.

Preference will be given to those candidates with:

• Demonstrated pursuit of ongoing education
• Computer proficiency specifically in excel, word, power point
• Demonstrated effective communication skills
• Enthusiasm, creativity and innovation
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation, including but not limited to Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Environment
