TEMPORARY PART TIME FOOD SUPERVISOR
 Nutrition and Food Services

Job Duties

• Position available October 31, 2001 – November 9, 2012
•  Weekdays and some statutory holidays
• Responsible for coordinating Meals on Wheels Program with the VON
• Implement patient menus according to  dietary orders and preference cards
• Meal tray line inspection
• Prepare production sheets
• Assist the inpatient clinical dietitian
• Provide relief for FT Food Supervisor
• Other related duties, as requested

Job Qualifications

• Community College Diploma in Food & Nutrition Management
• Membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management
• Current Food Handlers Certificate
• Understanding of, and attention to good body mechanics
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Self-directed
• Excellence in attendance
